PRODUCTION AREA: Own vineyards, in the Bove Cesine district in the Ginosa countryside

EXPOSURE: Hilly lands facing south

TYPE OF SOIL: Calcareous, alluvial

YIELD PER HECTARE: 110 quintals

HARVEST PERIOD: Second ten days of October

HARVEST: entirely by hand and in crates

PRODUCTION TECHNIQUE: Red vinification with maceration of the skins for 10/12 days.
